The first step is to browse our website and Instagram to get a further idea of what we’re about! Fill out the form on the contact page to the best of your ability. Someone from our team will reach out as soon as possible. Once your event is finalized we will send a contract and invoice electronically. Once the contract and invoice are signed, we will begin planning your special event.

The first payment of 50% is due at booking. The second payment is due 30 days before your event date.

Yes! We would love the opportunity to show you our event space and discuss the details of your event. Please visit our contact page or call us to book an appointment. We operate by appointment only!

The available hours for Monday - Thursday are 11-2PM or 5-8PM

Friday 11AM-2PM | 4-7PM

Saturday 11-2PM or 12-3PM, 5-8PM or 6-9PM

Sunday 11AM-2PM or 12-3PM | 5-8PM or 6-9PM

All rental hours are flexible, please inquire. Kallos requires any event to be booked for a minimum of 3 hours.

There will be a Kallos team member present at the beginning and end of your event. During the duration of your event, a Kallos team member will be available by phone or email.

At Kallos Event Space we have an open-vendor policy. You are able to bring in any vendor of your choice for catering food, dessert, alcohol, balloons, florists, photographers, etc. We do have a recommended vendor list that will be sent to you for all vendors. We believe collaboration is key to creating extraordinary events and only recommend people we truly enjoy working with.
